Terrible told them what car I was interested in, the said they had it in stock asked for more pictures before coming down they said they couldn't get any for me but come down and have a look and sign paperwork. Went down and the car wasn't there said it was at another branch although on the phone said it was at the one I was coming too. Tried to sell me a completely different car I only drive 4x4 tried selling me hatchback. In the end told them to do one as they lied to me on the phone, and lied just to get me down there, wouldn't let me test drive one car I was interested in, who does that 1. Tell you the cars there and it's not it's miles away. 2. Refuses to send more pictures before seeing in person. 3. Tries to sell you a hatchback when you told them you only want a 4x4. 4. Refuses a test drive. All in all complete cowboys and like others have said changed all they'll do is keep changing their name. STAY CLEAR.

Wouldnt even give this place a 1 star! Complete and utter cowboys had car 2 weeks started having problems which i took back to the bilston branch and the mechanic drove the car around the block and said its wheel bearing which i already knew and then said ill have to phone you the day after to give me a price! Which i never recieved the call any good decent mechanic would know a price for a wheel bearing! There wouldnt be no need to phone you the day after to give you a price!! I see you have now changed your company name from mark andrews used car center to ma group! Mayby because all the bad reviews youv had wont be long before you change your company name again will it? Anyway 7 months down the line after i got the bearing done by another mechanic the engine decided to pack up needed new intake manifold new turbo oil everywhere!! Your place is a joke and your all just a bunch of cowboys! Just out for the sales and money i have an idea what you can name your company next... mark andrews tin cars used center i know there is enough stupid people in the world to come and get a car from your dodgy backstreet company and if they do dont say i didnt warn you, you have any got to look at all the other reviews because you certintly livein up to your name all the people putting 5 stars your proberly the lucky ones with the cars near enough all the cars that come through mark andrews have got something wrong with them an they just get there dodgy polish mechanics to patch them up so theres nothing wrong when you drive away!! An then of course its too late because they dont want to know or help an will happly leave you without a car and theres nothing you can do! Because you have entered into a contract and taken the car WARNING DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! COWBOYS!!

Worst experience ever. .after they sell me a dirty car wich was extracharge,after 2 days the clutch and gearbox was gone on the car,I decide to change it and they bring me the second car wich was with so many issues and visible Re.painted so...never ever go for this..or bi verrrrry carefoul! !!!
