Sold to Bracknell branch in November. Staff lovely - and paid the same day - HOWEVER - BEWARE!!! They took all the car paperwork and said they would take care of it. I specifically asked if I should do it to make sure the DVLA got it and was told it was all part of the service. Almost a month later I now have a £100 DVLA fine for not having the car insured I don't own it! , a bill for tax I still don't own it! and as they have not sent any receipt or proof I sold it, and have not submit the VO5 form as promised I am screwed. I will have to keep paying the tax and paying fines or insure a car I no longer own until the 'Head Office' do their job. But you cant actually speak to 'head office'.

Everything was done outside, got only £100 less than the valuation but paid for the money to be paid next day so i could put a deposit on another car but never got the money
Perfect service. It was very easy to get a quote from the website, to find an office near me and to book an appointment. On the day itself, the gentleman that we spoke with was superb. Walked us through the process, clarified any questions, informed us of next steps, all in a professional but nice and pleasant way!

Bookings were running late but once the got going everything went like clockwork. Very impressive system of valuing and settling agreement.
The experience was totally hassle free. I only had just over mile to go to drop it off. The gentleman we saw was very efficient, friendly, completed all the paper work and contacted DVLA to inform them the car had been brought by them.

I was really impressed that I could obtain an appointment so quickly, the consultation itself was professional, my car was inspected thoroughly, they made me an offer, which was negotiated. Just waiting for payment now, they completed all the DVLA paperwork too. No hassle at all
