Carly was fantastic... Attentive, responsive and not too pushy... A pleasure to do business with.

Also, the receptionist (sorry, didn't catch her name) who helped look after the kids whilst were doing the test drive on the Sunday made all the difference.  We decided to go ahead with the purchase largely because of her... Hope she is also on commission!

The garage is spacious and well set out compared to many Honda dealerships. The space enables you to properly view new and used cars. Sales staff were good and not too pushy.

The only negative point I have is the very structured nature of the sales process once you've agreed to the purchase.  Too much time was spent giving a valuation of my very old car and many "extra" were discussed (eg fabric treatment).  It would have been helpful if the sales process was just set out at the start so people would know exactly where they were in the process and what they might or might not be interested in.

I had a great experience.
When I brought the car in I mentioned a small noise (very, very small) I was hearing in the car.
They put all the effort to identify what was causing the noise and fixed the problem.
I was also provided a courtesy car to use during the investigation.

I went to test drive a car at Honda dealership in Bracknell. The showroom looks very modern and clean. The sales people were very nice and not too pushy. I would like to do business with them in the future.

Everyone was welcoming as soon as we walked through the door and from start to finish all efforts were high and everything done to the highest standard. They catered to my every needs to ensure my new civic was perfect for me not just colour but payment and after care. I really to recommended Bracknell Honda everyone there is amazing and do whats best for you and leon the salesman was the best from word go to ensure everything that was said and promised was carried out and went out his way to get just what i wanted.
