Eugene and James both excellent in my transaction today taking a used car on PCP. Dealt with Eugene, very knowledgeable, first and last..but James was always happy to help at any points when I rang or emailed with questions when Eugene wasn't available. All the staff were actually very friendly during my experience, and I am extremely happy with my purchase from their shop. Cheers Team!
Overpriced, charge £100 for a one minute diagnostic check that other garages will do free of charge, Even upon being told I can provide the error codes they still insist on getting a quick easy £100. Horrible bunch of scammers
Originally financing the car i have from ford was very straight forward and easy.However, the main problem I am having is with the garage/parts department of the business. I originally went in with my car that had been misaligned on the 2 front tires, upon taking it into the garage i had been informed that the offside steering arm had been bent and needed replacing... fair enough, once that had been fitted and fixed I am then told that my shock absorbers need replacing... why was the not picked up on the original check of the car? Upon agreeing to have them fixed i was told it would be ordered and delivered withing 3 to 5 working days, i have now been without a car for 10 days. I now am having the call 'Think Ford Bracknell' for update about my car... overall I not very happy with this level of service I am being given
Easy to book my service, friendly and helpful team in the service department. My car was immaculate when I collected it, the door seal had been repaired free of charge and so had my water jets. Had a slight issue the following day but it was rectified immediately. Reasonable price, highly recommended
Eugene and James at Ford bracknell were helpful and patient with me the whole way through the process of buying my new car. at no point did I feel pressured into anything which is a big bonus for me. I felt like the Ford bracknell team genuinely wanted the best for me and I couldn’t be happier with my car and the service I have received. Thank you James and Eugene for everything!
Polite and helpful staff, brilliant service and happy to accommodate with times where possible. Had a video sent to me of my service being done with helpful and informative details of what was checked. Really safe with the screens and clear instruction video of the new rules following covid, gave me the confidence to have my service done. Car came back beautifully cleaned free of charge - very happy, will definitely be using ford Bracknell again
I bought my car from Ford in Bracknell. from then on, I have only ever bought my car back to them for anything that’s needed for it. They are very polite and patient. If I ever have any questions or need anything done to my car, they are always happy to help. They managed to squeeze me in for an early MOT and car service. All went well and was done quickly. I highly recommend this branch. My car is smiling again, thank you :
The service was fantastic. Got there at 10am and got directions straight away by a guy in the car park on where to park. Went into reception and I was greeted by a very friendly lady to do the paperwork. Got the courtesy car I requested. I received an update during the day as promised. Picked up my washed car at 5:30pm and off I went. Very helpful staff with good customer service.
They were very good. Helpful and friendly staff. Matched my locking wheel nut to the right key/socket and it's now on order for £42.
