Recent took my car here for it's first annual service. Arranging this by phone was simple, with a helpful agent suggesting their while-you-wait service which I accepted. On the day, booking the car is was quick and efficient, and the service carried out in 90 minutes as indicated whilst I waited in the comfortable lounge area. Upon completion, I was taken through the service report to ensure I understood its contents, even though there was no additional work required. Finally, I was walked to the vehicle which had been valeted. Work carried out on time to the agreed standard and with fine customer service. Great experience.

A great firm to do business with, no pressure selling, extremely friendly and helpful team. Would thoroughly recommend them, it is definitely the best Mercedes Garage I have ever been to. We purchased the latest Smart Car, and a Mercedes GLA 220. We are so pleased with them, two great cars. The staff also took a lot of time making sure we knew how everything worked on handover. It was a real pleasure!!

We recently bought a new car from here and we are very happy we chose this dealership in ascot. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful all the way from the receptionist up to the sales manager. We were very well looked after and wholehearted recommend this dealership. Mr Kadir Ali was an exceptional car sales man. He was honest, helpful and made us feel like he actually cared about our needs and wants as a customer. The experience from start to finish was 5* and we will DEFINITELY be returning here to buy our next car from Mr. Kadir Ali. Very Very impressed with the excellent service!

Really disappointed with the service department. They trying to rip off their customers. First - according to their system my car needs B service but I had it last year, second they quote me £698 for B service but for the same service level in Mercedes-Benz Reading the price is £580. This was my first and last visit at Mercedes-Benz Ascot. Never again. If you going for a service just try another Mercedes-Benz dealers and compare prices. Really disappointed......
