I only just found this place, although it had been there for many years. Made appointment for a Corsa recall. Estimate was 1 hour, but they finished in less than 20 minutes. I decided to stay in their waiting room enjoying free tea and free WiFi, while watching TV. Seats in the waiting room are quite comfortable. Once the car was done, they presented me a document with results of the free, but comprehensive  checks they did. Brilliant idea.
Will definitely take the car to this garage for the next service.

I had a problem with the gear cable on my van so tried to book it in to have the work done. They said that first I would need to bring it in for a diagnosis which was £70 (dispite the problem being very obvious), however I agreed as I just wanted it fixed asap. It took them 8 hours to diagnose it dispite it being very easy to see the problem. This was a massive inconvience but never mind, at least it was in good hands, right? Apperently not...
They said that they would order the part, so I booked it back in with them to have the work carried out, however when I got there they had sent the part back! Rather than an apology I had an exceptionally rude lady tell me that it was my fault. 
When they finally got the part in they agreed they would do the work asap to avoid inconvience, and they would ring me when it was ready. 8 hours later I phoned for an update to be told "oh yeh they just finished it". I got back in my van to see the clock on 1.49am (it was 5.45pm) suggesting the work was done nearly 2 hours ago when they reconnected the battery. There was also a significant portion of diesel missing and dirty hand prints all over the inside of my van (I take a lot of pride in keeping my van clean, and this was the main motivation behind my bad review)
So in one day I had been spoken to extremely rudley, blamed for their own mistake, lied to, completely messed about, I now have to clean the inside of my van and I didn't get a single apology. 
I've never had the displeasure of dealing with such an unprofessional, disorganised and downright rude company.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices made this the ideal location to service our Vauxhall. Plus a free wash and vac, no complaints at all.

Friendly staff and my car was beautifully clean after a service but was still undriveable even after stressing that there was a problem with it and paying extra for diagnosis. Complete rip off too, charging me for things like oil that were at a good level and I even had extra oil in my boot which they could have used.
