Quality bikes, unbeatable price and fantastic customer service. Unbeatable. Hired a couple of bikes for a ride from Margate to Herne Bay which I highly recommend. I had contacted Ken a few weeks before my trip and he had put aside a couple of bikes for me. The bikes were both quality bikes that were well looked after and rode really nicely. Testament to the character of Ken, we got back late due to unsuccessfully trying to avoid a downpour. Ken was really understanding and left me a message and a place to safely lock the bikes. I'd highly recommend Ken's bikes and I plan to return again in the future with a few friends to repeat the trip. Great value for money too.

Dropped my Specialized road bike in for a gear service and change of pedals. Same day service and now, at last, seamless gear shifting. Great customer service and price. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Clean well maintained bikes and a good variety to choose from. Provided maps, adjusted bikes till we were happy, good banter. Plus Ken the owner is so polite and cultured. Highly recommended.

This was a great place to rent bikes. Ken was very helpful, both over the phone and in person. His prices were the best we could find. Independent business, ran with heart and soul. Cannot fathom why there is a bad review on here. Would highly recommend!

Ken was extremely helpful! The prices were the cheapest in town and the routes he suggested were beautiful. The best bicycle ride I've had in decades! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
