Before I joined this gym I was close to 18st. I am now down to 12st and feeling pretty good in myself. I'm not the most confident of people so this place is perfect for me. They have a quiet area which is away from everything so you can workout in your own comfort zone. The members are really friendly and the atmosphere around the gym is perfect in my opinion. There is a trainer there by the name of collin who is always on hand to help and will go up and beyond to help you achieve the goals you set yourself. I have been to quite a few gyms before I joined this one and I would recommend to all family and friends.

Basic changing facilities... desperately needs an update.. but the gym is nice, the staff are lovely and the pool is good for kids because it's usually quite warm

Great staff, but the place could do with an update. Water tasted great. Bring your own pad lock. Nice and quiet.

Lovely swim, ladies only session and only 3 other ladies in the pool, but the changing room area could do with a makeover, half of the lockers do not work
