Jacob was very helpful in the store and helped me to choose and offer good watches in terms of prices. He also suggests beautiful ideas, such as writing your name on a watch. I really suggest Jacob to assist with purchasing watches.
Great service from Jess, she pointed out the offers available, which we were not aware of. She then gave us time on our own to decide on two watches, and was very helpful with the fitting, etc. Nice to find good service is still out there!
Came to Swindon for a quick shopping spree before returning to France. Was welcomed into the store by Jacob who gave me professional service and helped me with all aspect of my experience with upmost care and detail. He talked me through the engraving process which is an amazing feature and was more than kind enough to help get my watch strap to the correct size. Cannot thank him enough!

Great service by Alesha, very patient and answered all my queries. My purchase was online but Alesha was very helpful and managed to get my watch ready despite being close to closing time so it could go out the next day.
Jacob was really good when it came to showing us watches and explaining them in details.. He did a fabulous job on engraving our names on watches too.. Will recommend watchstation to anyone who plans to buy a watch.
