An outstanding service! I attended before Christmas as my necklace needed repairing. It arrived back and cleaned within a week. This, however, is not why I'm commentating... the ladies in the shop provided exceptional customer services. When I enquired about jewellery cleaning, they offered to clean my rings for me. They came back perfect! In return, this provided me the opportunity to purchase an emerald ring for my child's 18th. They were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Well done, H. Samuel Swindon.
Awful customer service. A lovely young lady helped us in choosing and sizing a ring. Then Sally took over, I assume helping a new girl? She re checked the size, so far so good. Typed it all in on a tablet, said that's out of stock and walked away?! No sorry, no order it elsewhere, no goodbye! If I was looking at a 2k ring instead would she have been so rude? Absolutely disgusting attitude toward customers. I'll never buy from here again.
It's a good place if you're looking for some good watches or a limited types of watch accessories. They don't have everything - they only have things they NEED- not what customers are looking for.
Great customer service. : I visited this shop earlier today to discuss an offer I missed when I bought a pair of earrings last time. At first, I was a little bit embarrassed because of the situation, thankfully, the lady I forgot to ask her name but I guess she is in her 40s or early 50s and has blond hair who served me made the whole experience a lot better. Her professionalism and attitude towards customers should be appreciated by the company and customers. Therefore, I wanted to thank you once again!
Great customer service! My fingers are so tiny that the smallest size ring didn’t fit. It was no worries, it was sent off and then back so fast and easy. Thank you!
I visited H. Samuel yesterday and ended up walking out, some individuals aka blonde lady who work here may need revise their customer service skills, not asking for miracles, but if a customer wants to take a closer look don't make it look like a huge effort and can't be bother, put me right off! On another note shorter lady with darker hair was lovely

I had to get my wedding ring repaired and I went to H Samuel as its the jewelers I trust the most and also it was place place I bought my wedding ring way back in 2011. I took it in and I was given a quote within a couple of weeks as repairs are carried out off site. I was given an estimate for the repair before I gave the go ahead. They kept me informed via Text which was convenient. I am really happy with the service I would highly recommend H Samuel for your next big jewelry purchase or repairs required to your current ones. Thanks H Samuel, the ring looks brand new and fits perfectly.
Wanted a watch battery fitted. Couldn't guarantee the watch would be waterproof after fitting battery. Wouldn't touch my skagen watch said they don't allow us to fit batteries to them. Just a young girl doing the job under counter at back of shop. Wouldn't take an expensive watch there to be ruined.
Love this shop for gifts but think there needed to be more covid friendly queue system today. Seemed no one way in place and people everywhere. Too crowded.
