Was looking for something chic for my birthday and I found more than what I wanted. The service offered by Natasha was welcoming, her willingness and patience to look for the right jewelleries that I so very much love was amazing. I am satisfied with everything.
We were served by Sally on Saturday 27May, and she was excellent. My daughter came to have her ears re-pierced and was quite nervous. Sally was happy to consult with my daughter and told us when she would be in store to be able to serve us again. We then looked at all the other piercing options around town and came back to Sally because she seemed both friendly and competent. I am so happy that we did. Sally carefully listened to our concerns about a possible nickel allergy and suggested the titanium earrings, which my daughter liked very much ,and Sally then took her time marking up the positions, consulting with my daughter and myself to make sure we were happy with the positioning. The atmosphere was happy and relaxed, and I could see how my daughter was becoming less tense because of the kindness she was shown. The earrings look perfect. We were informed about the after care and left excited and satisfied. I cannot recommend H Samuel and Sally in particular enough. My daughter's ears are healing nicely too. No sign of infection. She had previously had her lobes pierced at Claires in the outlet centre, and they were sore from day one and would not settle 9 ct gold studs, so we eventually gave up and let them heal over.
Fiona helped us choose our wedding rings. We had been to multiple jewelers and found them all to be so unhelpful. Fiona was so knowledgeable, patient and kind. Our rings were delivered to store earlier than expected. All round a very positive experience. Happy customers!

Bought two his and hers Wedding rings today. Was a really good experience as we had everything explained regarding type of ring , sizing and the staff particularly Sally were really helpful and informative. Made choosing easy. Thanks. Richard.
Natasha was really helpful sorting our wedding rings out. We didn't have too much of an idea on what we wanted and she was able to guide us through and help us choose the best option for us.
I want to thank Fiona for helping me find the right size for my wedding band and also Natasha who has been very friendly during my collection, giving great advice. Great customer service, it is much appreciated.
