"We would love to welcome you into our store in Swindon town centre, where you will be welcomed by one of our friendly and knowledgeable team. We love having the opportunity to hear your stories and be a part of your occasions, and aim to offer each and every customer an individual service to ensure you find exactly what you're looking for.Our store is located on Regent Street in the town centre, opposite Thomas Cook and next to O2 on the main strip of the high street. There is pram and wheelchair access to our store and the nearest car park is the Brunel North. If you are travelling by train, we are only a 10 minute walk from the station. The town centre is well sign posted, but feel free to give us a call for directions.See you soon!"

On 29/3/24 I went into Beaverbrooks looking for a promise ring to give to my partner and I was served by Hannah. She was more than happy to go through each available option and understood that it had to be able to buy that day as I was giving it tomorrow 30th rookie mistake. Hannah was so lovely and I could t have asked more from a sales assistant. She wrote down the information on a card for the 2 rings I was choosing between and let me have a think then come back. Hannah made the whole process of choosing so much easier and was chatty which was very good. If she didn’t know the answer to a question then she’d immediately go and find out then let me know. Hannah talked me through exchanges in case it didn’t fit right or they didn’t like the ring. Hannah if you see this, thank you for everything you did to help me. Everyone should be more like Hannah because this person knows her job and is outstanding at what she does.

We brought my husband's wedding ring from here we see a very well knowledgeable polite young lady called RACHEL who works there, she knew everything you need to know about everything they stocked there

I’ve had the pleasure of getting served by the lovely ladies in the Swindon store branch. Their customer service has always been fantastic. I’ve bought some beautiful jewellery from this store and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend buying your jewellery from BeaverBrooks. They have a beautiful collection, and for absolutely everyone. For every occasion too. The quality is stunning too and I’ve never had any issues with any of the jewellery. 10/10!!!
Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for jewellery or watches. Lorraine was an absolute diamond when it comes to customer service, she took me through the whole process with a smile and patience. All ladies working in the shop were smiling, helpful and just a joy to work with. I was offered a drink too! 10/10.
Really friendly and great customer service. Had an issue with a watch and visited several watch dealers in town centre who didn't help before going to BBrooks, L & H were fantastic and swiftly sorted the issue, a reminder of what great customer service really is. Thanks,
