Popped in for an exchange this afternoon. Was greeted when I first came in and had shortly waited in line before being served by Georgia. Her service was outstanding and helped me exchange a bracelet that was small for my Nans Christmas present. She was quick to help to exchange the product for a larger sized bracelet and I’m overall happy with the kindness and care from her! Thanks Georgia!

Went into the store this morning, to change a ring I was bought for my birthday from my husband. The size fitted, but just feel comfortable and I didn’t want it to stay in the box, I didn’t have the heart to tell my husband. I asked if I could change the size. Unfortunately I had no receipt as it was a gift. The lady who served me sorry cannot remember name looked online and found it and exchanged it with no problems. I am so thankful as I really want to wear it as I love it. Thank you so much, you made my day!

Nice location and easy to find. Good range of products. However, I recently purchased the wrong sized bracelet from Pandora for my partner. As a result, we visited Pandora in Swindon and my partner was trying out the different size bracelets on offer to see which one fit best, in hopes to exchange her bracelet. The store manager, Joanna, assisted us with this process. Due to time constraints, we were not able to arrive at a decision on the bracelets. Therefore, we returned a few days later to continue the process and properly exchange the bracelet for a better size. Therefore, my partner was wearing the bracelet as she entered the store so that she could compare the different sizes of the bracelets. Upon arrival, I almost slipped due to the wet floor. There were no "wet floor signs" and Joanna, the store manager was in the middle of mopping another section of the store. This was 40 minutes before store closing time. Moving on, we explained to the store manager that we are here again to exchange the bracelet for a different size/ bracelet style. To our surprise, Joanna stated that we can no longer exchange the bracelet because my partner was wearing it when she entered the store and was also wearing the bracelet when we were here the last time. We explained that the bracelet was only being worn to compare the size while in the store. Joanna said that she had no way to corroborate this and therefore she cannot be of service because she would not feel "comfortable" assisting us. Once again, Joanna was informed that the bracelet had not been worn whilst out and about and we also reminded her of the 30 day returns & exchange policy. Joanna responded by explaining she has her own policy which states that "once the merchandise has been worn outside the store, it cannot be returned/exchanged unless it is faulty". I'm very disappointed & appalled with the service we received from Pandora in Swindon. The store manager's demeanour was condescending and extremely dismissive. I would never visit this Pandora again and I would advise others to be 100% clear with this store's returns/exchange policy before purchasing!

Hubby bought me a beautiful bracelet as a wedding present from here. Got the snowflake, stars.. To the moon and back, family album, mum and a couple of the morano beads. Gorgeous. Staff were so friendly when mum and I took it in to be cleaned and get a safety chain put on. Also got mum some earrings for mother of the bride, she loves them. Daughters got rings each.
Not a huge fan of pandora but went for a birthday present for wife and staff were super friendly and helpful. Well done
Terrible customer service. Brought my fiancee a ring from the shop for £60 and it appears to be made out of cheap metal that's already discolouring after only having the ring for 4 days. When taking the ring back to the shop they would not give me a refund and said just to clean the ring before wearing. I've had other items of silver and have never had these problems. It's been turning her finger green because of the cheap metal. I do not recommend this shop this customer service skills stink and they sell cheap jewellery and claim to be a big high end brand. Absolutely disgusted !!!!!.
