Don't buy silver from there they forget to tell you its rhodium plated false advertising I brought a chain 4 days ago wore it for a few hours and it's gone black The manager said I couldn't exchange it or have a refund I'm contacting head office tomorrow just wasted £25 Won't be buying from there again
Avoid at all costs. Very shady returns policy where they do not offer any refunds, but will not make you aware of this at purchase. If you must buy from them, I’d suggest ordering online as they appear to have a more robust policy in place!

Excellent service if you're my wife getting her birthday present. Terrible service if you're me finding the price going up as she chooses the more expensive stuff while being encouraged by the sales staff!
Very high quality jewellery at reasonable prices. I've been shopping here for about 2 years and recommend it. Plus the service given is professional and all are very knowledgeable about the products they are selling
Beautiful jewellery at affordable prices displayed in well-lit windows and clearly priced. You enter into a modern but classy minimalistic store. I was served by a very helpful and obliging female member of staff. She brought me some rings and a necklace to try on. I wasn't sure about the ring size so I didn't buy but I will definitely go back there again.
Fantastic shop the lady was so helpful in helping me find a present for my mums 60th birthday nothing was too much trouble
Chose item in window went into store only to be told you have to order via the assistant who is outside. Then go back outside and have to wait in a queue while assistants are leaning on the counter in store doing absolutely nothing. Definitely needs a new system If the item was for myself I would have walked away as it was my daughter buying she waited patiently.
Appalling management. Rude to the customer. Purchased some earrings only few weeks old and the jewel fell out. The store manager Tracey immediately accused me of treading on them and refused to exchange. Extremely rude and personal about the transaction. Went to Wolverhampton instead and was served by Bryony. She was wonderful, she looked at the problem and exchanged immediately. I am a regional manager and I treat my customers with the respect they deserve.
Just called to find out if the item I wanted to but was available and the lady was so helpful and had a lovely manner. Much appreciated as very often it comes across as a hassle to find out in some retailers.
