Awful customer service this morning. I would advise people to never go to this shop use the Merry Hill branch instead. I accompanied my 78 year old mother who was buying charms for her bracelet. The assistant was rude and abrupt. Her interaction with my mother was to keep saying "is there anything else". She was not polite at all. She took my mother's money for her purchases and then physically ran off into the back of the shop. She left my mother standing there bewildered and having to put her purchases into a bag herself. The shop assistant clearly needs some customer care training. We will not be coming back.

Had a great experience buying a ring today. Chantelle provided an excellent service today. She knew a lot about the range of rings and how to mix and match them. She gave great instructions on how to look after the jewellery and she had a lot of information about the 2 year warranty. Overall, we had a great experience in store thanks to Chantelle.
A heartfelt thanks to two lovely ladies who replaced my diamonti bracelet which broke when my dog accidentally caught his paw In it. It's sentimental to me as it was the last Xmas present my husband bought me before he gained his wings. Forever grateful
Never go to this shop brought the ring a week ago and tried in the shop brought it home not been worn since been in box in bag took it back for a refund as didn't like it and there telling it's got wearable Mark's on there and the ring hasn't been worn really bad service and very rude management
Came in Saturday and was served by a lovely young lady who was very helpful and patient whilst I was choosing what I wanted. Wasn’t pushy at all unlike others shops and I made the most of the offer.
After already purchasing a ring 3 weeks ago for my eighteenth birthday, I visited again after I was given a bracelet as a gift from a family member which was sadly too large for my wrist. I went in without a reciept and I was able to get a replacement from them no problem. Very happy with my experience and the service I received from the shop assistant that served me
