Fantastic place with real customer service willing to explain and spend time on making sure what you want is at the heart of the decision - I order a diamond engagement ring and I am more than happy with the service and final product. Gold forever offer a friendly service that will explain, help but never force you to buy - which is really refreshing. I will defiantly be back to order my wedding ring, this is the place to go!! Absolutely fantastic service! I ordered a diamond engagement ring and I’m more than satisfied with the service. Better than any of the jewellers in Jewellery Quarter! Gold Forever offer a very friendly service with no strings attached. This is not your typical jewellers, their premises is very modern and clean, they are very hospitable offering hot drinks while we discussed diamond specifications. They worked with me to make sure I was happy! They are very professional and kept their promises and stuck to my tight timescales. I will be back when I’m ready to order the wedding rings. I was looking for a gold necklace to gift my daughter on her birthday. I was trying to find one online as I am very busy with work and couldn't go to the shop to buy her one. I found the Gold Forever Jewellery's online and I called. I spoke to Mr Varun and he was very helpful. As the design I was looking wasn't on the website, he sent me a few pictures on what's app. I love the design and it was delivered by guaranteed next day delivery. Good customer service and good quality jewellery. I would definitely come to buy again from them. I am already thinking of buying a new one for myself.

Really top designs and by far one of the cheapest. very big range of jewellery. Also bought a platinum diamond ring which was a better quality and price than in jewellery quarter. Thanks for your help.

Fantastic experiance with Gold Forever Jewellery Shop, from the moment i stepped into the shop to the moment i stepped out i was looked after. The guys are 'second to none' they know what there talking about giving me a wide choice of styles. I will definatley be using Gold Forever again. Thanks so much Guys!
