Staff lady with Ginger hair, middle aged looking. Told her the ring size for my other half and she decides to be judgemental about it staring at me for ages not replying till I ask does it make sense as I'm standing there confused what she's thinking then afterwards she tells me it's really big. She was lucky I didn't have a go at her as I arrived in good spirit of course shopping for a ring. Either way, she doesn't know what's coming her way but I'm definitely putting in a complaint about her. There was seriously no need for that judgemental look and tension. That's discriminative and there was no need for that.

staff are rude, very judgemental and not very helpful. my boyfriend went in a month or two ago to get my birthday present, a beautiful ring. he went after work and therefore was wearing joggers (he's a painter/decorator) and got nothing but dirty looks. i've been in before and been looked up and down by the staff and also laughed at. would rather travel somewhere else if we needed to buy anything from there again.
