I had to give 1 star but ideally would give nothing. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! We took our puppy 8 months Shi Tzu for his first cut good pamper and nails. All I can say is he looks awful is so traumatised. He was booked in at a specific time but upon arrival was told they were busy and we would need to leave him for at least 3 hours ??????? Upon collection we had to be told which one was ours he looked a MESS !!!!!! He hasn't been washed as his bits and face were filthy. His nails hadn't been touched as they were still dirty from him playing in garden before he went. As for cut he looks like he has been cut with blunt scissors by a blind person. He absolutely looks awful. My daughter was so upset she just cuddled him and cried. I have never felt so angry. This is totally unacceptable and it's obvious a money business and obviously not for the welfare of the dogs. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS PLACE IT'S RUN BY AMATEURS.

I take my two dogs to the Shipley salon and have always had first class service. Dogs are groomed exactly as requested and the staff listen to what I want and really take care of my dogs.

Popped in on off chance they were very friendly and helpful they clipped my dog the same day they did an excellent job and he came home smelling lovely the toy was also much appreciated by my pooch😊 I will be returning - thank you shaggy dog xx
