Terrible experience with this company's. They've ruined my whole experience of trying to enjoy the first few weeks of my engagement. The rings claw fell off and then when it came to sending the ring back they said they'd keep us updated. They told us to come in on the Tuesday to collect it, only go in and they say that they're going to check if it's even been sent! The trip to the shop was a waste of time. We tried calling and texting all morning before we went in and there was no answer! 
Never again!

Other retailers could learn a lot from you, what makes your company different and successful?, Quality products at the right price, friendly personal service, great after sales service, most of all you care about your customers. For me there is only one Jewellers, "Millers"
