Unprofessional customer service. Gave a gold bangle in to be fixed on a saturday. Told to come back in another 4 days it will be fixed, i go back and its not fixed as apparently it hasn't come back from wherever they have sent it. They tell me come back another couple days . so i give them till the following week Saturday to get it fixed , i go back that Saturday and surprise it hasn't been fixed because apparently they guy didn't have time to fix it , but It was sent to a place to get fixed so who was actually fixing my bangle?, the guy tells me wait another hour as he's been so busy , mind you the shop was empty as i walked in, he promises to fix it and i bloody wait around the area another hour and i cant believe this person hasn't even fixed my bangle when i go back .Seriously what type of people own this jewellers????.. I got my deposit back and took my bangle back off them, what a waste of time this place is so unprofessional and underserving of a one star. If your going to promise a customer in fixing a item , you have duty to the customer to do it. i will be telling friends and family to stay away from this place.

Love this shop and people, brilliant customer services, well mannered, very stylish traditional Indian jewellery on very genuine price. Shopping here for over 15 years, never had any complaints.👍🏼

Really poor quailty! The purchased item had a diamond fallen off and she gave wrong stud! Which also broke so fast, very weak and wrong one given! And did not match! Very careless seller! She also charged me more and when i checked receipt she really did! She said one pair of studs were 15 pounds and one stud was for 5 pounds on sale which makes a total of 20 pounds! Why did you charge 35! I should of checked before paying, I do not trust these jewellers! Untrustworthy totally! Customers put full trust when buying but now ive learnt for next time to be careful! No matter how small the item! The lady spent more time speaking to a customer that was having a conversation and was also interrupting the seller & seller was distracted i noticed! She choose to serve me and keep chatting at the same time, so i ended up with poor quailty items and unchecked stud! Checked twice myself! Not worth returning as i walked past and she's still chatting away. Disappointed! I felt the ladys attitude was not right! So for that reason i won't be visting this shop again! Really wish i went eles where!
