This has happened on more than a few occasions to not only myself but to my friends who are non-British that mentioned to me as well.nnThere is a certain member of the security staff short guy that follows me around every time I walk in to purchase groceries.nnThe other security team are okay, but this one in particular always does his routine ‘perimeter walks’ once I’m in, where he makes several looks down the lane I’m in. I know this because I purposely went to an area where he cannot see me, he was obviously looking for me because once he did he stood around me and smirked.nnI understand security and preventing theft is important, but to racially profile customers as they walk in the store isn’t right.nnOnce again, the other security staff are fine, it’s just him.
I would like to give a special thank you to Niki who works in the breakfast section.nShe was incredibly kind, always smiling, and brought such positive energy in the mornings.nEvery time she served us, she did it with a warm smile, which truly made our day start better.nNiki’s friendly attitude and positive vibes made the breakfast experience even more enjoyable.nThank you so much, Niki, for your kindness and great energy!
Clean ,well stock with breakfast and live deli area. They do have live bakery. Amazing tart tasted.nStaffs are really amazing.nSunday evening we can spot all necessary stuff at shelves is the best part.nWell managed. Plant area was amazing with good choice of plants
Good product selection and convenient West End location. Great for a quick shop but relatively expensive as Waittrose usually is. Handy car park even if a bit tight to navigate.
Awful staff a few are helpful. rude unhelpful untrusting staff - one or two are an exception of course. . Long queues. Tills don’t work properly. When you point out their mistakes hardly any effort to show common courtesy. Such a shame that these people with this attitude work for Waitrose/John Lewis. I’ll drive to a different branch miles away to avoid this awful place. What an inconvenience. Shame when the staffs attitudes drove customers away. Awful!!!
