I used to really like shopping in here. Sadly though, there is constantly a very aggressive Romanian beggar that hangs about outside the store hassling people. Not a very good look for the shop. Also very often there are charity people in the shop that do not take no for an answer and start following customers around to get debit card details. Not nice to see older folk pressured into this.
Recently visited.the Store at Anniesland and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. The Variety of Food and other Goods was excellent as was the various Deals on Offer. I took the Opportunity to join the Morrisons More Card and the Savings are Superb. The Staff were very Friendly, Patient and Helpful as I had spoken to two Ladies Rija and Stephanie and they were two very Helpful and welcoming Staff Members.
Used to be good, now, dreadful, often met with friends there fir breakfast, recently they regularly run out of poached eggs, no potatoes scones for full breakfast, coffee machine rarely works, mushrooms utterly vile in the last 2xweeks, inedible they tasted bitter as if bad. Vert poor show.
Never going to that store again! I go for the pharmacy and staff was rude towards my daughter! Foreign staff didn’t understand me and my daughter with AUTISM said to me to try talking to him without the divider as he did understand my English. Women came barging from the back shouting saying my daughter shouldn’t have said that and it’s not tolerated! She didn’t hear the whole story! So rude! So miss understanding! Obviously she could have just ask what happened instead of assuming! Avoid this chemist!
I think this is the least favourite Morrison’s branch in the entire country.nnThe staff are unprofessional and impolite.nnThe shelves are quite often mis-stacked, wasting my time going to customer service for a refund.nnI think the management of this store has to change.nnI only go here to get milk & bread when other shops are closed.nnShame, it’s in a prime location but I go to Sainsbury’s in Drumchapel instead these days, even though they are further away and that branch isn’t particularly good. That is how bad this Morrison branch is.
