I understand that foodstuff has a limited shelflife, but this store repeatedly has items which are only available with that days date. Most people do not shop for one day at a time. M&S used to be the best local shop, but not any more.
Don't like the store since it re opened... All the change to upgrade the store was to take away the cafe and replace it with self checkout.... Not as busy now. Costa has taken all the customers... They should have listened to the community and kept the cafe... Now lost a lot of customers. Even the car park at marks has empty spaces..
Picked up my Christmas food to order & the staff couldn’t have been nicer.nTurkey was lovely on the big day!nShop has been refurbished,and as always has a great selection.nI would like to see them expand the GF options.
Fantastic store with a great range of food and drinks for all occasions especially enjoy the gastro pub and the count on us range of meals. Also a great cafe for a quick coffee or a spot of lunch and find all of the staff courteous, friendly and extremely helpful on every visit
So impressed with the staff here. Yesterday my baby grabbed my coffee and it spilled. I rushed to get her hand under cold water she was fine. The staff were just great - checked we were both ok, got the first aid staff member who asked if I wanted to fill out an incident form and also replaced my coffee. I am so thankful.
