absolutely, horrible service. I Uber eats one item because I was running low on time and it kept saying that they were shopping for my item for at least one hour. Got to the point where I had to walk to the store myself after waiting an hour and when I walk in and go to the counter, they hadn't even picked up my item yet or put it to the side. before I even asked them, they were avoiding of me and not being of service to me when there was no one in line in front of me. Then had to cancel the order and get the item myself. The workers were rude, unorganized, ignorant, and lazy.
Just tried a Justeat order. It went through ok. Took money no issues. Waited nearly an hour only to be told the order had been cancelled, and it would take 3-5 working days for a refund. Unacceptable and won’t be using Morrisons again
Went in, lot of empty shelves couldnt buy everything.nNo manned tills only self checkouts. Was looking to get cashback, pressed on the button, no cashback given. Finally a staff came, she didn't know what to do then her manager came, told me cashback button is bugged I need to go to the front counter. At front counter they told me I need to make a purchase and the purchase I just made does not count. Infuriating and could have told me from the beginning rather than waste my time. Would be nice if there were no signs for cashback available at tills if the function is not working.
cheap supermarket I'll give them that.nnBut my problem is that guy in the butcher section was absolutely disgusting I asked for 1lb of square sausages and he was cleaning in the back. He didn't care to wash his hands or empty the bucket of water with soap or whatever he used down the drain. Instead he just left it got up and his hands were still wet he wasn't wearing any gloves and gave me the sausages. I was absolutely shocked by this and it is by pure luck that I didn't get food poisoning or anything. It was so unprofessional handed, that I think the guy should be sacked for not doing his job correctly.
Quality of the meat has deteriorated. I bought 4 steaks £52! and they were like old boots. Terrible.
