Great food. Famously pricier than other supermarket chains but not as expensive as everyone makes out, and you get what you pay for. In this particular branch, the gentleman on the self-service tills is very helpful and polite. A lot of offices nearby so I try not to visit during lunch hours.
Always the best service when shopping here. Kind and friendly staff that are always helpful. Inviting entrances. Clean, bright and larger than average Waitrose branch. Good Sushi bar too!
Super clean shop with a great selection, and friendly staff. Not as expensive as people make out, especially if you use buy fresh ingredients rather than ready made, or branded goods. The own brand foods tend to be better than the branded stuff in my experience.
Nice variety of items to choose from. My 8 year old daughter sends me to Waitrose to buy her vegan hotdogs.
The Waitrose in Solihull delivers the standard or customer service that we have come to expect from Waitrose over the years. I visited on a Sunday morning and even though it was bustling with people going about there shopping the staff were always visible and friendly. The security staff whilst walking around was chatty and engaging with the customers.nnAll in all a jolly good Waitrose one might say
