Wide choice of quality products. Wide aisles for trolleys, Friendly staff. Not as expensive as people think if you stick to Waitrose products. Also free coffee if you get a Waitrose card and a weekly newspaper. Chance of winning £100 in the weekly crossword. What's not to like?
Great food. Famously pricier than other supermarket chains but not as expensive as everyone makes out, and you get what you pay for. In this particular branch, the gentleman on the self-service tills is very helpful and polite. A lot of offices nearby so I try not to visit during lunch hours.
The Cafe staff are lovely at Solihull Waitrose. Very friendly and welcoming, As are checkout staff and general advisors. I really appreciate the hospitality the Cafe staff in particular show when my mom visits on the Saturdays. Absolutely great customer service.

Been here 5 times recently and the coffee machine was 'out of order' on 4 of those times. Is it actually out of order or are they just switching it off? Its not a supermarket I would normally go to as its so far away from the centre so its a bit annoying to walk all that way and find they aren't honouring the deal offered in every other store.
