I visited this store on a recent weekday to find that only the self service tills were available. As with other reviewers I find this very poor when there are staff members stood by chatting. If there are sufficient staff members why could they not open at least one till. Sainsbury's are poor for responding to what customers want and ask for. It's all about what is more convenient for corporate Sainsbury
some item's can be pricey but is reasonable to consider what the store has to offer.
Nice, clean supermarket. Small clothing range and small toy section. Good quality food and drink. Lots of self service checkouts available. Helpful and friendly staff.
This is a really dark and depressing shop. There is an atmosphere of impending doom.nThey don't stock dried skimmed milk powder.
Although this store is a great deal larger than a convenience store it does not carry the range of items one might expect. We found the variety of cheese available to be very limited. Similarly the range of boxed chocolates was far from extensive. In the snacks section there were no products from Off the Eaten Path. There were long queues at the staffed check outs and we had to wait for a self service check out to become available. One very good feature was the large bagging area. This store obviously suffers in comparison with the Sainsbury's at Longbridge and Selly Oak.
