We were going to buy sandwiches for our journey up to Leeds.  Lovely large store but the toilets were disgusting.   Not one toilet had dry toilet paper in. I tried 3. Toilet rolls on the floor gross but were wet even more gross.  So not going risk touching products.

I have just seen an article which states Tescos are closing manned checkouts due to lack of demand. The only time I use self checkout is when the queue is too long at the manned so where does the data come from? I hear there is also a petition to stop this happening so is the real reason just financial and nothing to do with the customer? Your checkout staff are a credit to you and always pleasant and would be greatly missed.

Good super market near Shirley. A complete family shop. Good parking space. Spacious supermarket. You will find almost everything you need at this shop.

I purchased a phone in November from the Monkpath store. I took it back to store 5 times and still it wasn't working properly., and was dealt with by a very rude,arguementive manager So I told him I will cancel the contract within the 14 days and I should have had a refund.we are now into December and to no avail of refund.i have called the head office only to be told that I didn't return the phone which I have.but the manager had put in the system that   i havent I would seriously think twice before using tesco mobile.and give Azeri rating if I could

Normal tesco experience.  Was late 11pm so staff obviously busy restocking produce. What was concerning was the boy racers using the car park to speed around, skidding doing doughnuts and generally being anti social

Visited the cafe at the Solihull extra store, we ordered 2 English breakfasts & they were both underwhelming in terms of taste, portion and appearance. Staff looked uninterested and could do with cheering up. We have visited many cafes in multiple stores and this by far is the worst. We won't be returning here again.

Has everything you could want from a Tesco. Spacious aisles make for pretty stress free shopping.

If you want to be served by someone with a smile and sunny disposition, avoid Viijay at Tesco Extra Solihull. No manners at all.

Why are the staff so miserable in the cafe we have been a few times and not once have they been happy. I'm not sure why but surely if you are doing a customer facing job they should be happy. Its not a great start to the day if staff are miserable. If they don't like it get another job or if your going to do it do it to your best and be happy with customers and you will get more out of the job and your life.

Yesterday the boy on the door said you could get fined for going in with more than one person at a time... Has Tesco decided to give out fines now? Joke store, not quite sure why the need for intimidation of shoppers unless you want them all to leave
