Huge store with multiple departments including an optician. Reasonably well stocked for vegans etc but staff at self checkouts not directing people well to the empty tills. Would like to see more attentive staff please.
Contactless payments were off and we were not told by any staff member, we wasted an hour browsing for items just for them telling us at the end of the scan that we can only pay cash or inserting the card. Queuing is also awful!!!!!
To the lady serving us at checkout 12 @ 1.20pm. You should consider smiling more often and not only at selected customers.nnShe was having a wale of time smiling at chatting to the guy before. Me & Wife come up next, her smile disappeared.nnIf you don't like your job, work harder and work somewhere else.nYou wouldn't like it if we did that to you? Very poor. I shop here every week and I love the quality of the fresh produce like meat, fish, fruits and vegetables. The self service check-out area could do with being made a lot larger as there’s always a queue as it’s very popular.
As you would expect. Huge car park, Notcutts garden centre on the same park and the Tesco offering a large range. Tesco mobile, pharmacy, bakery and deli counter with cheese, fish and meats.nRange of non food items on the first floor mezzanine with clothing, electrical and household items.nService could be better and staff could be more helpful with a smile once in a while.
