Reasonable size convenient store with next door Butcher store, as part of same shop. Have to go to the main store to pay for the meats and come back to collect. Friendly staff. Has lots to offer. Popular with locals. Recommended
Had a good experience to begin with at the store until we reached home and opened the box of Ladoos Indian sweet bought there a day before. They had fungus on it and then to my notice the expiry was 6/2/22, I bought them on 6/4/22. I should also have been careful while buying, but who really looks at expiry date of every single item you are buying! I feel disappointed! For some reason pictures are not being uploaded here, happy to share them with the owners if they read my post.
As always lovely fresh produce daily. Butchery good quality & staff proficient friendly & nothing too much trouble. A little troubled by some non mask wearing customers, too many inside shop & unwilling to keep a safe distance. I felt safer last lockdown as numbers limited inside. A pleasure otherwise to shop at Fizah.
Clean, tidy, and have lots of good eastern food
A great place to find ingredients especially when cooking Asian & Middle Eastern food. They have a butcher in a seperate shop - Halal meat. Very polite helpful staff and always a place to park.
Ita a good place to do asian shopping but lately a lots of complaints from different customers i know they been shopping there. Last time i bought some fruit and i was told off by a young boy not to press them cos i might damage the fruit. I didn't like the comments. He was trying to over claver. When asked he said owner is not here i just work here which is not true because its a family run business. And they charge for the bags aswel. Customer quality is dropped lately.. good meat though.
The shop is like an Alladins cave with a vast variety of herbs, spices and groceries. The staff are really friendly. Next door but one is a halal butchers run by the same proprietor in which you can buy fresh meets served in the same helpful way.
My mum shops here regularly and I had to leave a review for the consistent Excellent service you provide and good selection of produce that you have in store. Recommended
Went to this shop, on returning home checking my receipt items were priced at more than displayed distance back to the shop was too far otherwise would of gone back and questioned it. so I will not be returning or recommending this place.
Rude staff, were usually either impolite right to my face, or at best ambivalent - yet polite to my boyfriend. Once they even tried to stop me from coming in by deliberately blocking the doorway until I spoke up. I'd speculate as to why that was Heather is my real first name, but my review would probably be deleted. Oh, and in response to a few other reviewers obviously attempting to address mine: no, I've never tried to actually engage the staff in deep conversation, I've only ever said "hello/good afternoon/goodbye" etc and attempted to smile and make eye contact, which is standard social behaviour in this country.
