Today purchased 2 Waitrose fishcakes... Quite expensive £3.50nSo disappointed as heard how lovely they were...nMine nothing but potatoes and dry mashed up something....nWill not purchase them again!
I had a home delivery for a large order of picnic food which unfortunately did not arrive in full to the store. On realising this a very kind gentleman called me to tell me of the error but assured me that he would be able to provide a similar order to that what was missing by improvising from instore products. I believe the gentlemans' name was Paul Temple and he certainly went over and above to save the day for me for which I am most grateful and very much appreciate his efforts. Thank you Mr Temple.
Waitrose is our go to place when it is a special occasion. It may be pricey in some standards and very limited to non brand type products, but the quality of the meat and produce is fantastic.
The sushi bar is well worth trying, the cafe is pretty nice too. Overall it's a Waitrose so it costs a bit more but it's worth it.
