Have never heard from the cashier “hello, thanks or see you rude behaviour
Tried getting a disposable vape. They said cash only. Went to get cash and tried charging us £12.50. That’s double what they are in other stores. Dodgy.
I am currently on vacation in Bury and have been very impressed by how friendly and polite people are here, both in stores and in public. However, one notable and jarring exception to this has been my experience at this store earlier today. The youngish blonde lady who served me seemed to be somewhat devoid of basic social skills and didn't respond to my saying please, thank you or even my saying goodbye when I was leaving. Nor did she even manage to crack a smile throughout my interaction with her, even though I was very affable toward her. So, given that negative experience, I very much doubt that I will ever shop there again. A real shame, as they stock an impressive selection of eastern European beers.
Brilliant shop with products ive never had before, some good prices and delicious items. Granted the customer service is non existant, but its a shop, not a social club people; get over it.
Unfortunately not a family friendly place, stocking shelves is them priority!
Love this shop great selections of food , sweets , drinks. Love the cheese , meat sweets bakery products.
This place is amazing. A super wide range of excellent products and lovely staff!
