Order taken quickly and arrived just as quick. All hot and tasty. I ordered a blueberry and ginger juice, but if had so much chopped ginger in it, it left my mouth on fire. Ramen bowl very filling and firecracker prawn was the hottest item on the menu. Didn't disappoint.Food: 4/5
Delicious food, extremely quick service and friendly staff. My recommendations are the pork belly ramen, Korean Bbq beef buns, bang bang cauliflower and definitely the katsu chicken! My sister in law is vegan, had some beautiful vegan food including the "sticky vegan ribs" which I gave a try and was sooo tasty! Something for everyone and only a short queue to get in but it's half term so expected at 2pm.
Food was lovely. Staff were welcoming. Looking forward to trying other dishes on our next visit.
Nasty salted sticky rice dish penetrated in an awfully taste soy sauce, terrible copy of oriental cuisine . Can’t blame the staffs but whoever thought of this ‘innovation’ must’ve neglected the key to cooking and lowered the overall serving standard. Upsetting me very time when I decide to give it an another chance . But probably would give it another go next year see if it has been removed
My favourite restaurant - Delicious food - lots of vegan options - Friendly staff - Pay by phone option Only downside for me would be the parking, it’s often an extremely busy car park and may have to park in the multi story further away
Really great staff around and are more than happy to help with any food suggestions. Really polite and help you get your food on time. As always the food is great and a large selection of Japanese cuisine to choose from. You can get starters and dessert. The drinks choice is decent but not your usual menu. The only thing to add is that in high peak times the food can take a bit of time and the queue wait can also be a decent time. Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options are clearly symbolised on the menu with a decent range. Parking: There are many places to park in Cheshire oaks from the multi story to the ground car park. Depending on day and time it can take a while.
Amazing food! Loved our mains and dessert! So uniquely delicious! Would highly recommend! And can't wait for our next visit
Amazing food, loved the new vegan options and cant wait to try more. Our server i think her name was katie was lovely, when we got brought the wrong type of ice cream which was also delicious, she brought us an extra bowl of the right kind. Highly recommend :
Not great, was seated quick enough but when the server was told that one of us had a nut allergy his reply was 'Right, I'll have to get a manager to take your order, its policy'. So we waited for the manager to come as the server went on to serve other customers, after waiting over fifteen minutes we had to get up and ask for the manager as the server forgot to get them, manager took our order and food came out and was fine.
Excellent service! The food was so delicious we had no leftovers at all, even the kids meals veg included, and they don't normally eat the veg! We will definitely order again soon
