We had booked in via the website and were quick to seated on arrival. We were served by Lorraine who was very happy and helpful, drinks took a while, but the place was quite busy. Our food order was taken and little extras accommodated, the food arrived quicker than expected, both starters and main, and was very tasty (as per usual). Lorraine asked us to fill out a questionnaire to get our starters for free, so we were happy to oblige. No space left for desert so can't comment on that! Would happily go again.

First customers there. We was shown to our table by a member of staff. We had 4 adults and two babies. Got settled down with the seating for only another member of staff to tell us to literally move our table to join up with another table cause of limited spaces for pushchairs. Understandable but at least help us instead of delegating to us. We are customers not members of staff. Food was tasty bit found a hair in the belly pork. That was swiftly exchanged. Leaving the restaurant passed a couple of members of staff and no goodbyes was even said. Poor experience.

My favourite meal is here so my birthday is celebrated here every year aswel as random days to get the jack Daniels sesame chicken strips. Staff are amazing they can't do enough for you. 5***** +

I have never been to TGI Fridays before, but my sons had, they are meat eaters and I am vegetarian, the food that I ate was tasteless and made feel a little nauseous. My son ordered chicken fajitas and they sent chicken fingers so he had to wait, whilst we were eating, until his order came then they tried to charge us for the extra meal. I was disappointed it cost a lot and I won’t be going back!!!!!

You always know what you are going to get at TGI! The food is good and ample portioned and the staff were friendly. Shame im normally driving so cant enjoy the cocktails! Download the app before a visit as you often get freebies including starters, event specials (i.e mothers day, birthdays etc). I think you automatically get a freebie for downloading the app so worth doing!
