Really good food, nice environment and friendly staff. On date night but noticed toy box in corner and kiddies menu available. Baby changing table also had extra mat so softer. Really enjoyed ourselves and thoroughly recommend it. X

Came for breakfast but when it eventually arrived it had clearly been standing around for a while. Dry hard bacon, scrambled eggs very dry and tasteless. Very disappointed was hoping for a freshly cooked and served hot traditonal breakfast but it was more like a greasy lil's with no taste. The waitress taking order was efficient and helpful shame she wasn't backed up by the quality of food you hope for from this establishment.

I dined there on 19th January 2018 and the service from the staff was the best part of my visit. At best the food was hot but flavoursome it wasn't. The mains looked as though they had already been plated up and then incinerated in the microwave. The chicken was bland, the fish was burnt and the beef Burghinon was pretty average. The house red wine was pretty poor at £16.50 with the next price up being over £27. Outrageous!!

Fantastic place, food was really nice (steak and frites followed by rhubarb and plum crumble). I didn't get the waitresses name but I believe she has recently returned from maternity leave, she was fantastic and could not do enough, also with kids she was epic. She is a credit to the cafe and it's management.
