Always long queue, but we are lucky that there's only one table left for two of us. Orders two portions of fish and chips with gravy sauce, it took about 10 minutes, not bad. The tart sauce came with the meal was nice, and the gravy sauce was really thick which I prefer a lot. The big portion is the way to go, great environment, very clean.

This Fish and Chip shop is ideally located in the Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village and is very handy when shopping there. It can often get very busy especially at peak times but there is ample seating available inside. Fish and Chips for Harry Ramsdens are amongst the best available anywhere. The staff are always really friendly and helpful.

A jobsworth lost my parent's £6 by not allowing them change on the voucher I bought them . Don't buy anyone vouchers for Harry Ramsden as you will lose out as they effectively overcharge you unless you order exactly to the last penny of the voucher value.

Food had little taste, small amount of peas, knife dirty, had to ask for a spoon to stir our tea, ordered bread and butter (no butter had to ask for butter. No impressed and regretted eating their.

Visited Sunday 17 Dec. Hugely disappointing. Harry would turn in his grave, they don't even try to meet any kind of standard, never mind Harry's. Fish is thin and tasteless, chips are bitty,  more like scraps. Even the mushy peas are tasteless, and all at a premium price. This brand is now part of the Boparan empire ( Two Sisters meat processing !! ) and as such is not even on a par with McDonald's. It you want decent fish and chips go anywhere, but not here !!
