I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My wife and I have eaten at Giraffe restaurants elsewhere and had good experiences enjoying the food. We went on a bank holiday and anticipating it was going to be busy had booked a table. When we turned up there was a sizeable queue and we were told that the restaurant wouldn't honour our booking despite being shown the email confirmation and were told to wait at the back of the queue for table which would probably be at least 45 minutes. The staff member we spoke to was not at all sympathetic to our situation and despite our protestations offered no conciliation. We left in disgust and so cannot recommend this restaurant.

This is the Big Brunch. It was a very dissapointing and dry breakfast. The poached eggs were hard boiled, the bacon was either microwaved or had been sat on a warmer for too long, it really took some sawing through. All this for £10.50 oh and they add a 10% service charge which they have to call the manager to take off.

Food taste delicious but was disappointed with one dish - the chicken karaage that I ordered was mainly fats and skin inside and not chicken meat. We went on a weekend and it was very busy. We waited for almost 30 minutes to be seated but was disappointed as the waiter seated another family that came in much later than we did.

My husband and I are foodies so we were excited when we read the menu. We started with the Yaki Gyozas. OMG!!!!! They are to die for. The sauce they serve with it was amazing. I had the Halloumi and Feta Pide and it was very good and my husband had the Kati Roll. I felt terribly guilty because I kept eating his food. It was absolutely gorgeous. Both of us could not get enough. The flavors in that dish were unbelievable. I wasn't sure about the pomegranates with the other flavors but I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful they compliment each other. We live this place and I'm sure you will also.
