We were cold and hungry and most places on the other side of the retail park had queues of people waiting outside to get in! We drove around to the Prezzo side and were warmly welcomed by the staff and shown to a table. Drinks and food order was taken promptly and the food came shortly afterwards. The food was ample and tasty! Very reasonably priced! Vegetarian options: Wide choice of meat free dishes Wheelchair accessibility: All in one level and is wheelchair accessible.
One of the many restaurants in d sprew of shops in Chester. For starters we had king prawn in some sauce and calamari in some dip with garlic bread, for mains We had chicken Alfredo and pepper roast pizza , chips. I must say the meals were nice and I had a good time having dinner. Nice ambience . I already finished starters and i remembered I didn’t take photos
Brilliant evening. So from start to finish no complaints all fantastic. A beautiful valentines meal. So we was served by the lovely Nicole. Service was fast and perfectly done. Food was served and tasted great. Presentation etc all spot on. Drinks were wonderful. Also some great recommendations. The restaurant was beautiful and clean and tidy. Nice music. And all staff we met were lovely and polite. Overall great evening. Definitely glad we picked prezzo for our first valentines together we will definitely visit again. This is our favourite place, Prezzo, Cheshire Oaks. Been going years. Always very welcoming, Claudia always makes us welcome & looks after us, always service with a smile. Shes a credit to your restaurant & treats all her customers brilliantly. Love the restaurant & never had a bad meal. Keep up the good work. Janice & Ian Mealor
Always enjoy Prezzo when I dine in but so disappointed tonight with a home delivery. Spent over £160 on meals for 6 of us and the pizza and garlic bread arrived as if it had been cooked hours ago. All dried up. Spicy chicken and pepper pizza had 4 pieces of chicken and 2 slices of pepper, zero cheese and dried tomato….nothing more than a base. Unless you’re going to eat in don’t bother!
Went on a Sunday around 12:30 so it was too busy, just about 2 tables. Pretty much straight away someone came to greet us as expected, considering how many were here. We sat down and the waitress came back to take our drinks order in about 2 mins. We ordered a jug of water, a large pizza and garlic bread to share. It came so quickly, took only 8mins, which I guess should be expected if its not busy. Our table was very cramped though, the pizza boards are very big, what if we had each had a large pizza and a side? Which our drinks, I don't think everything would fit on the table . You also have to cut the pizza yourself, abit annoying there just trying to save time for themselves. After we'd eaten took 10mins for someone to take away our plates, it was busier now though. Then another 10mins for someone to bring the bill then 5 mins for the card machine. The woman was quite rude asking if we wanted to split it and then couldn't hear over all the noise. She then was leaning over our table saying "what?". Anyways the food was really good but just staff abit unaware and slightly rude.
Shame 0 isn’t available. Don’t bother. Staff walk around the restaurant with YOUR phone, argue with you when you want to use a tastecard and are just generally downright rude. Food is dreadful. Frozen pizza has more taste and when they ask if you enjoyed it even though you’ve left literally all of it and you respond with no, they shrug and walk away. Absolutely appalling.
We were seated in a corner and the host proceeded to throw the menus on the table and walked off before we even sat down. No one took our drinks order and we sat for 10 minutes and walked out, we went down to zizzi and got much better service and the staff were friendly.
We were seated quickly by the friendly host, our server was efficient without being intrusive and seemed to be working alone but was always there when we needed him, food was all great didn't are long to come out at all, loved dessert the tiramisu was beautiful! Matt was great!!Food: 5/5
Great meal, staff are friendly & knowledgeable prices are rising steadily but still good value compared to other restaurants.Food: 5/5
