I'm a very keen cinema goer. I visit the Stirling Vue at least once a fortnight. I visit this cinema despite the service. To say it's slow is a vast understatement. No sense of urgency from the staff, you can sense the frustration among the queues of people. If this was a one off I would not leave a review which is a rarity for me. When the cinema industry is struggling it's a shame we don't have a more enthusiastic and efficient environment to welcome people in. Come on guys, you can do better.
Arrived 40 mins before film stood 40 mins behind 1 family and a man waiting to be served . Whilst staff opened up lanes and took people coming through the doors into the queue. No organisation my child was in a wheelchair loosing patience and getting irritable. Nobody knew where to queue and the staff where so horribly slow . The man serving us popped to the toilet halfway through the transaction.
Two children clearly under the recommended age for the film. By them self's was running around, touch on there phones and throwing things about. Luckily they left during the film, not because of the staff because they got a phone call. Staff and camera operator would of seen them running out the door many times, especially with the noise they were making.
Arrive to watch a movie in time to grab a coffee before the film only to be told they have no milk!!nYou’re 2 minutes from Morrisons! Why not top up from there.nNow missed the start of the film having to go back out to Tim Horton’s to get my coffees!! Poor show
Overall it's not bad, they've bought their prices down quite a bit lately so that's good. Toilets are always clean too! However the actual cinema seating area needs a more deeper clean. Having to wipe or blow crumbs away from the showing before is never good!
