I had a horrendous experience last week in Palace cinemas .Me and my wife went to watch a film Manjummel boys on 24/2/24 Which was played in screen 1 in Palace cinemas. From the beginning onwards 2 bright lights were on in the theatre which didn't turned off even after movie has started. I requested one of the staff members to turn the light off and she said that, she didn't got the access to do so and only manager has the access.. The 2 lights kept on during the entire show.The light was reflected on my face and the visual quality of movie was compromised.Totally disappointed and didn't worth the money.n#manjummelboys
Me and my boyfriend visited this beautiful Cinema on Monday 9th Sept 2024 and were greeted by a male member of staff immediately. He was professional, friendly and very helpful. We bought drinks and snacks which were very reasonably priced and the popcorn was delicious. The film, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, was fantastic and upon leaving the same male member of staff asked if we enjoyed the film, wished us a pleasant rest of the day and we said our goodbyes. Please could you pass our thanks on to the member of staff. Xxx
All refurbished inside, very clean and tidy. Sound and vision quality good. Staff pleasant
Good cinema but attended the other day and was unbearably hot easily like between 25-30 degrees inside when 20-21 external temperature. Wouldn’t recommend going on a hot day as no aircon / good ventilation inside to keep comfortable.
It felt like Going back into time when entering this beautiful cinema.nClean entrance and very friendly staff .nTickets were a great price for a family of 4 and buying sweets and drink didn't brake the bank either.nWe went for the elite seats and we were super comfortable.nWe got lucky with parking out the front however I did see a car park close bynWe will return again .
