Big clean cinema with really helpful friendly staff. Unfortunately, none of the self-service touch screen ticket machines were working when I visited, so there was a queue to buy tickets. However, no biggie as the queue moved quickly. The seats are large and very comfortable, toilets very clean, loads of usual snacks and drinks too. The cinema is surrounded by lots of food places, so the car park is huge and free. There is a pizza express right next door, perfect for a pre movie meal. As a solo visitor, when i bought 1 ticket, I was given 2 seats so that no one sat next to me. Nice touch!
Many youngsters causing trouble in this cinema, no longer has a “safe” atmosphere, I would recommend going into Doncaster’s central to visit the other cinema as it offers higher quality entertainment with a safer environment.nIt’s a shame really as this place used to be so much better but recent years have altered my opinion of it.
What an amazing cinema! Reasonably priced for new films, spacious and accommodating, nice sized screens, good variation of snacks and drinks. Saw garfield here and it's a good film by the way, but was a nice enjoyable experience!!
Great cinema, lovely staff, i come regularly with individuals who i support with special needs and always a good experience, iv only knocked 1 star off because my only complaint is that its always too cold in there, we always have to wear our coats during the movie please turn the temperature up
Pre-booked dead pool tickets with my son for tonight. Young guy at the entrance said there’s no way I’m letting him in, I asked to speak to a manager and was pointed over to the counter. They were too busy arguing about staff taking breaks and the manager not knowing about it! I pleaded with her to use her managerial common sense to allow my severely autistic 15 year old son to see the film he’s been wanting to see for months! Only for Katie to respond, I don’t care and that’s not my problem that my son is severely autistic. Having used this cinema mainly times over the years but I’d rather pay to park and go to the savoy from now on.
