Shocking service, not worth one star.Turned up at 18.30 and still no film by 19.20. We travelled a long way to see moonlight drivein. After reading the reviews I can see this has happened before. How can you run a business like this? DO NOT BOOK!
I would rate this ZERO OF POSSIBLE The film was supposed to start at 8.30pm. We arrived at 8.00pm and parked along with several other vehicles. No one from the company arrived. At 8.46pm an email was sent to me stating that the booking was Cancelled!! Totally unacceptable. MY ADVICE IS AVOID THIS COMPANY
Bad company to deal with. I never opted in to receive marketing emails or texts and yet i have received loads. I even rang them to tell them to stop as it is against the law to do it now GDPR and they said they would get it sorted - this never happened. I rang back and even spoke to the 'owner' who reckoned it was lawful - one quick search of him and he used to work at Dixons so it sounds about right with their reputation. On the cinema - it was not worth the money at all, we could barely hear the film and the screen was mucky. My advice don't give them your details because they will abuse them and don't go. Oh and i have reported this to the ICO but unfortunately for me they barely take action unless they receive thousands of complaints.
Absolutely dreadful experience. Turned up at 6:30 for a 6:45 showing and decide to leave at 7:20 as the film hadn’t started, the screen hadn’t even been turned on and we were given no indication of when the film would start if at all. Myself and many other customers decided to leave!! Awful service with no consideration for the customer. Would rate less than one star if possible.
Would give zero starts if it was possible. Pay £30 for the viewing to be cancelled and then when you call/ email the phone lines are all out of service and emails never responded to. Massive scam avoid at all costs!
Unable to tune audio on radio in new car that’s had no previous problems. Couldn’t watch movie so had to leave. Emailed company that evening and 2 days later have had no response, appalling customer service. Won’t be using service again
I'd give NO STARS if it was possible. Plenty of cars there but no showing, no staff and no explanation. Everyone was completely confused, and I have one very very disappointed little boy! Just don't bother, this company is a disgrace.
Like others have said, i wouldn"t give them 1 star. Absolute disgrace!! Taking money and not providing a service. No staff at the venue at all to help! No answer on the phone, apparently it was outside of office hours 18:00 NO FILM SHOWN!! £15 ticket luckily found on groupon and didnt pay full price, petrol etc and a 2 hour round trip to Castleford, with a very disappointed toddler, for what, to sit in a dark car park with a bunch of other bewildered customers when no film came on! Absolute joke! If you have tickets with these and are expecting to see a film, I wouldn't hold your breath!
Fabulous night out, we took throws & went in our pjs!! Lovely experience & the next car along brought a takeaway pizza, we are gonna do that next time!!
