Always enjoy Cineworld, Castleford. Not really had a bad experience yet. The service is good, the food and drink are good. They're no more expensive than other cinemas, so can't really complain about that. The VIP boxes are great. We'll kept toilets. Nothing to complain at all really. Always a pleasure.

The reason for my average review is simply due to the age of the cinema. The location is perfect with lots of easy access parking. The staff are extremely helpful and cheerful. It's just the quality of the cinema itself. The seats are well worn and the screens themselves for some reason have a sort of smudge on them. Investing some money into renewing this cinema will shoot the review up to a 5 stars.

The parking is very easy and most of the time it is not that busy. Thr public transport to the cinema is also easy. I think the pop corn and the deal for that is a bit expensive. The cinema is always clean. The staff is very kind and friendly. Cineworld Cinema is a very clean place. I just recommend it for families, for couples and for those whose likes watching movies with friends. Great job guys. Thank you very much

Staff are good but could be better at keeping people from disturbing the screening when using phones or talking. Change screens at short notice, long queues at sweet counter. Allocated seating is in place but needs to be policed better as have had to ask people to move a few times.

Still rubbish on floor from previous viewing. Staff helpful when I couldn't get my ticket from machine. Plus you can take own food/drink in without a problem.
