Seems like this place is going a bit down hill, the chairs aren’t comfortable, not suitable for plus size men or women which feels like an issue most of the time.nnThe staff are lovely tho and they always do there best to make you feel welcome.nnThe Cineworld unlimited card is great and good value for money, it’s a shame that they can’t offer a friend for free especially saying that I can’t go anywhere on my own, I hope that this changes in the future along with comfier chairs.
Went there today to watch bikeriders but the screen started to flash red sat there for 20mins and the people working there just said they was having technical issues with the screen
Very quiet considering a big new film release. Large open foyer with a couple of arcade games, pool table and air hockey..which unfortunately didn't work and no staff member would help out left very disappointed kids. Seems like they couldn't be bothered..not as if they were particularly busy! Can't argue with the very reasonable ticket prices take your own food or you'll need a second mortgage screen size great. Seating needs a serious overhaul. Bit rickety, cramped and grubby. Would be amazing with a bit of care.
The cinema is spacious and clean most of the times. The price per film is higher than Vue. There were kids on bikes in car park and could be trouble. BR is a plus but they don’t have much flavours.
Went to watch Dune 2 yesterday, it was my first time there, firstly I was charged adult tickets for two of my boys, the next thing is screen 5 where we watched Dune 2 had 10 blue dots darted about the middle of the screen, very distracting. And the lights that illuminated the walk way , one of them was shining directly at my eyes, also very annoying. The staff were friendly but could use a bit of training. The parking was good.
