One of the best cinemas here in Birmingham. Food items are bit expensive but they give you proper atmosphere to enjoy movie I went to watch Avatar but almost every single screen was fully booked. Very friendly staff. I enjoyed my time. Easy to book tickets online from app. Highly recommended
Great. They have a large variety of movies. Snacks are expensive but that’s a given for cinemas. There were some recliner problems and sounds issues but staff was helpful and fixed them swiftly. Great worth for the price
We love this cinema, tickets are very reasonable. Screens are large, comfortable and clean. Only downside we've faced is really long wait for snacks from the reception area. Queues reaching to the entrance. Staff on each occasion have struggled to prepare food and keep up with the demand. Could definitely have helped to have more staff on the counters.
Screen was decent but don't get me started on the snacks selections. These lot rinsed me with a £1 crisp packet with some cheese and salsa dip for £14! Should not never have cost more than a fiver. Don't buy their nachos and popcorn weren't that great either
It is easy to get to, has very friendly staff, and is mostly very clean and tidy. Brilliant place to visit if you want to watch a film in comfort and uninterrupted in a nice environment. The tickets are good value for money, and the films they show are usually excellent, and tickets are easy to purchase via the website, although it can be difficult selecting your location on the site. Overall, a great place to watch a movie alone or with friends and family, I highly recommend visiting!
A great place to take the kids too. Everything served up here but it’s not cheap and the portions are weak
Environment was dreadful. The film itself was alright. We booked a film 10:50am, there was a discount so we only had to pay £3 for the each of us not including 90p online booking fee. We got there in the cinemas at 10:48am, the movie supposed to start 10:50 but it started 11:21 31m?? The worst part is that a bunch of kids was running around up and down the stairs and was playing in front of the screen, I get they are bored but cartwheeling and running the stairs? When the film started still bit noise and people turned on torches? I mean they could be looking for something but it blocked the screen. The film itself was alright. Couldn't they do something to make up for putting up the film 31 minutes late? 2 stars.
The staff and cleaning team need to work on their customer service skills. Cleanliness is an issue especially if you are going to a late showing- the screens don't seem to get cleaned properly in between showings. A few seats away from me something was spilled on a seat, a staff member cleaned and suggested that the customer sits on a bin bag until the seat dries up, unsurprisingly the customers declined and asked to be reseated, the staff member walked away leaving the customer to go find his own alternative seats . Shocking
The good thing here is that there's plenty of showings for different movies so you can watch a movie at a time that suits you. There's a showing every half our to an hour for the popular films and there's plenty of parking. But the reason for the two stars is the service. They take forever to serve you. I'm not sure what they do behind the counter but one time I almost fell asleep and someone had to nudge me to say your next. It doesn't matter where you are in the que, even if you're next to be seen, it will take them 15 minutes minimum to get to you.
Loved it the children also loved it it's great how it is all dark in the beginning to create atmosphere as it gave goose bumps to the kids and got them scared we had to end ru putting our phone torch on to enter the room and it was all a shocking and fun experience. They admired the huge seating area and there was wide variety of seats and the the sound system was also great.
