Beautifully appointed little theatre that punches above its weight. Outstanding staging, beautiful acoustics, and comfortable, raked seating that ensures everyone enjoys an unobstructed view. A hidden gem. Shown here is The Darkside of Pink Floyd - UK Tribute
Went to see Dreamgirls....Good production. Theatre was a good venue to host the musical. Good customer service friendly staff and decent facilities. Refreshments were available before and during the show. It can be difficult to find off the road parking but multi-storey car park close by. Always a pleasure to visit the Crescent Theatre.
I was here recently for a three day event. A pleasant discovery. The staff were very warm and welcoming, attentive to any person's needs. A well equipped stage. And a clean environment. Thank you!
Went to watch the dream girls yesterday at the crescent theatre with my children . All I can say is wow what a great show. So many talented actors, singers and dancers. All the production team well done too. Just to name a few I enjoyed were The guy who Jimmy so funny perfect for the role. The girl who played Effie all I say can is wow wow wow amazing and talented. The guy who played marty Christian jae wow talented actor . His skills were top notch . Can sing,can dance and can act. Curtis great acting and singing Cici great singing Well done to all cast and crew u all did amazing.
Brilliant little theatre with great views.... Nice bar as well if not a little pricey..... Watching my daughter sing on stage made it even more worth while .....
April 18th 2024 Love from a stranger. A great performance of this wonderful psychological thriller by Agatha Christie.Thecast were truly outstanding in the intimate setting of the Ron Barber Studio . As always miss Christies twist at the end was not what you expected. A must see for any A.C fan May 4th A superb performance of the little shop of horrors .The cast were exceptional, the audience loved it My first visit to this theatre was pleasantly surprised how good the place is,a small but atmospheric place with plenty of leg room which is very good .Rihannan fleetwood mac tribute were on and they were very good will definitely be going there again
Golly...CONSENT.!! I would rather see brill acting than a brill play but this was both'! Chap that played Willie Mossop in Hobsons was every but as good as Sir John but he did it again in Consent. Thing is the entire cast were top class. Saw All My Sons last Sunday......another lot of incredible acting. Brilliant theatre.!!
We were there for a candlelight concert and the place is beautiful. They have also displayed many things that were interesting to see and know.

Fantastic venue in which our theatre school have used over the years. From the spaces available to the equipment. Not to mention the great staff from booking to get out!
