Recent location change is unfortunate, due to smaller yard space. Still, the same excellent staff are still there which makes for a lovely visit everytime.  Dunno who I love more, Amanda with her lovely welcoming smile on reception, or the teue gem that is cheeky chappy Lee, who always goes the extra mile treacle

Great service from the parts department friendly helpful guys in this department sorted out my needs efficiently and effectively for my 98 fl10 thanks guys glad you are in Bedford now hope the move goes well for you will be using you again much better service than your counterparts in north London where I am still waiting on a call back for an exhaust bracket over a month ago you sorted amongst other things over night thank you

This is one of the best service centres to take an HGV or psv vehicle for a major repair.

Great workshops and services, very helpful staff. Recommend every time.

Walked past here, Google maps picked it up as a visit. Very nice offices, and they have a MOT station. Sadly it looks like Volvos only and just trucks at that. On the plus side, its tidy outside so creates a good impression for passers-by. Giving four stars for the nice clear Volvo signs, and the lack of armed guards giving me the eye like they usually do at Mercedes..

Well I spent 26 years working at this place, and yes enjoyed it, a good bunch of brokes to work with brilliant, it's management at the top that's at fault

Straight in ,parked the truck, reported to the office, job done,in and out in no time.

Let's face it. Of you have Volvo commercial vehicles it's best to trust the Ringmaster and not the Clowns....

Some times takes time before the truck is looked at but most of the time it's fixed there and then
