Rushed me out at 4pm on a Friday with a faulty alternator which was installed here drove away and drove back within two minutes. There was something wrong, When i questioned the part I was sent away saying it was fine although it clearly wasn't, Im not a mechanic, I believed him The car completely died three minutes later on the A421. I drive a small car and losing power on a 70mph road is not ideal. When I complained they didnt offer me anything, I thjought this ridiculous considering if i had have been in the outside lane i could easily have been killed. Should have sued them for gross misconduct. Eventually gave me the price of labour back. Avoid at all costs. The next time I went the car would conk out if it overheated. My cousin said it sounded like the fan had packed in, which it in fact had. but even after they had it for a full day they couldn't pick up on this. Really simple problem and first thing that should be checked. I won't be back

I have been using this garage for a long time, but last time I had a sensor problem on my 320d BMW. this is a very common problem with 320Ds. the garage told me that the whole drive shaft has to come off as the reluctor ring is corroded and it will cost £475. I did a youtube search and got to the drive shaft reluctor ring and astonished to see that the ring was absolutely new and the only thing causing a problem was the lamination had peeled off. I cleaned it and the problem went away. this is 6th month since i am driving the car with no problem. I was really disappointed in this garage as they do not want to investigate the problem and just change the parts, which obviously make them more money. The reason why i wrote such a detail review that I trusted these guys and always been a good customer to them. But now I will not use the garage.
