Very easy service to book online and choose tyres and sizes needed. Friendly service, was offered tea and a clean and tidy waiting area. Service was quick and no issues.

Been there to repair a puncture. The Owner or Manager does know his stuff, so I bought two front tyres instead of repairing worn out and punctured tyre. The reason I put 4 stars is that after leaving the workshop and driving on the highway I found out the front wheels haven't been balanced or weren't balanced properly - steering wheel was shaking badly. So I went back in after a week or so and got it sorted out for free.

Very pleased with the service from MQ tyres - ordered two tyres online and received immediate confirmation that they would be ready for fitting the next day. I did not use the mobile service on this occasion as I live only 10 minutes from the depot. On arrival there was plenty of parking space and the reception area was clean and comfortable with a good selection of magazines to read whilst waiting. I was offered tea or coffee, a good mug of coffee was made for me. The tyres were soon fitted and a wheel alignment carried out. The staff were friendly and efficient and the price charged was very competitive, less in fact than several online companies I looked at. I will be using MQ tyres again when I next need new tyres.
