The TT Shop

I bought a rear valance to fit quad pipes from TT shop for my Audi TT . I was very pleased with their service. They were so brilliant that before I bought the valance I was sent numerous pictures how a Scorpion exhaust was fitted on car with same valance. Can’t get better than that. I recommend any one to get their advice first because they know about Audi TT inside out. Thanks for your brilliant service and keep up with good work. Regards Victor

I took my car to the TT shop after I had another tuning company, lets just say let me down in more ways than one. David and all the staff from the TT shop were really taking on another companies mess, which to my surprised they embraced the challenge of putting it right which can never be easy as they didn't know what the previous company had done. Within hours David had call me to say they have found several faults and will work to put these right. I think the TT shop were being very modest. Not only did they correct the faults they improved the performance of my car way more than I expected. David and his team were always on hand to help lay any concerns I may have had will regular updates, photos which is a nice touch and obviously budget so you don't have any shocks with the final bill. David I know you shy away from praise but please know I'm so grateful to you and the team, and will be back for more upgrades. Thank you

Recently went with a developing Revo map on my car. TT shop were quick to book me in but have been very poor in after sale correspondence. I think they have good intentions and seem knowledgeable when face to face but as a consumer you feel abandoned after the £’s have exchanged. Shame..

Terrible customer service & that alone should be warning enough not to let them near your car. Having paid a deposit I got no response from them confirming receipt of the deposit as asked or a lead time on work as repeatedly asked. When I politely asked for my deposit back, I amazingly got a quick response saying that whoever I was dealing with had been off, hence the silence, but, in his absence, the “special order” parts had not only been ordered but also put into production. Now you’d think that somewhere in the audit trail there would be proof that a) parts are special orders b)that the reason there is no lead time was because they were sourcing parts & c) at the very least a customer would be advised that their deposit is non refundable on the basis of parts being “special order”, given that amazing service in someone’s absence, but not this company. Despite repeated polite attempts to resolve the situation, the customer service here adapts an “ignore & lie” approach in order to deny resolution & return of money rightfully yours. Thankfully my bank saw sense & returned my money, seeing that ignorance is not a defence for poor service. I don’t need the aggravation & waste of time persuing this through the small claims & hopefully this firm will put the money to good use - customer service lessons would be a start & maybe small print training, you know, to ensure customers are aware of what they’re getting in to. Avoid this company. 20/03/18 - Interesting how quick the owner replied to my review but couldn’t respond to any of my emails!! And for the record - I did give you a reason for cancelling the order & it was your poor customer service, hence why I wouldn’t let you near my car. I have the trail of emails that dispute your claim about the deposit also - the customer has the right to a cooling off period & since not once did you mention that the deposit was in lieu of ordering special parts, I’d say you were in breach of any so called contract. If what you say is true - why did you ignore every email sent to you & fail to notify me of what you say here in an attempt to defend you actions?! Ignorance is not a defence & I have the proof of your lies - so, buyers beware, this company is not where you should be spending your money if you need work on a car.

I recently had a comprehensive cam belt service and then went back for suspension,exhaust and tuning mods and I am very happy with the excellent service I received from all of the staff from the front desk to the workshop.
