Although they were very busy I had prompt and courteous when I turned up on spec to have a new tyre. Would recommend this garage.

I would give a lower star rating if possible but unfortunately not. Absolutely awful service, took a company vehicle in for a service, new tyres and tracking. Tracking was never done, but charged for. Went through two tyres in under 2000 miles. Clive tried telling me he was the owner Robert, until I overheard him correct my boss with his correct name. I told them I couldn’t wait around too long and made me wait around for nearly an hour with all relevant paperwork to take away a courtesy car whilst they fixed their issues, to complete some work and continue with my working day as well. I didn’t receive the courtesy car just an earful of un-needed comments from someone who clearly doesn’t care about his clients or their prospective jobs involved with the vehicles they are supposed to be looking after. Would not recommend using this garage, if you have recently. Get it checked by another garage.
