Went into Hyundai to get a quote to upgrade from my i10 to a new i20. Kristoff and Simon were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Simon was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately my car was delayed and he kept me updated with every development. Fantastic handover. Highly recommended especially Simon, who was so helpful and kind. Thank you so much Simon!

An absolute delightful experience through Hyundai with Mike. He was extremely helpful and made sure I got what I wanted and ensured it was a smooth and simple process - He deserves to be awarded for his honest and professional work. The rest of the team are just as helpful and very bubbly. Would highly recommend them, will definitely be bringing friends and family down for future upgrades.

Found the service to be honest and upfront. They found a great deal for what i could afford and were helpful the whole way. Recommend if you are looking for a new car

Visited yesterday with my sister to help her purchase a car. The set up is presentable and the product on sale is good. Unfortunately the service we received was not so positive. Considering the vehicles being retailed there are up to and beyond £70k we expected competent quality care and attention from staff. unfortunately they were short staffed so it took some pestering from us to get the staffs attention and eventually the "manager" offered to help us. We asked for a deal on a car we liked (We were 99% about to buy there and then) and were told by the manager, "on my life, there is no more movement in that car" - In the end we were offered £150.00 off. I asked for a sweetener to secure the deal i.e. GAP policy included/ paint protection and we were told "No, you can buy them"... Frankly it wasn't even the poor effort to secure our business, we would have purchased the car either way but it was the member of staffs bad attitude that made us think twice. I am a car sales man myself so understand its not all blue sky sailing every day, but when you have clients sat in front of you offering to buy the car there and then I would always do a little more to help them buy - starting with a SMILE. long story short, we went to FIAT in Milton Keynes, got great service and have decided to purchase a 500X from them.

All the team was really helpful, especially Michael. He was really kind and he explains everything in detail, the communications there an by email were absolutely fine and regular. Highly recommended. I will like to give them 4,9 stars because they didn´t gave us mats for a nearly brand new car. It´s not a big thing, but I think the mats has to be included in the price of a brand new car.
